Don't expect your patrons to pay for your pricy design choices. $24.00 for Atlantic salmon. Come on! The same dish is available at any number of Brampton restaurants for far less money. I was told there was no house wine and had to settle for a $12.00 red. Slick looking but poorly laid out and cold with all of the stone and silver. One of the owners came by and struck me as a bit arrogant. Long wait at the door started the experience and pleasant but complaining wait staff finished the experience. I had the privilage to have dinned and been entertained at a very new Hot Spot in Brampton. Being greeted at the door by a very charming and courteous gentleman was just the beginning. The decor is elegant. The piano bar had just the right choice of music. some up tempo and some soft and romantic.People passing by were drawn in by the sound of the music. Our meal started with the house Wine and 2 appetizers. Crab Cakes and scallops wrapped in prosciutto. Wow. One of the the cheffs special was Rack of Lamb . topped with creamy potatoes and julian vegetable.Garnished and served with a mouth watering sauce. Absolutely delightful . Finishing off our meal was the Nexus Special Coffee. Its a secret recipe. Come and try it. You won't be disappointed. Saturday night.
